Logging into Microsoft 365

1. Navigate to https://portal.office.com

2. Click the "Email address, phone number or Skype" field.

3. Type your email address in the 'Email address, phone number or skype' field.

4. Click the 'Next' button.

5. Type your password into the password field

6. Click 'Sign In'

7. On your phone, open Microsoft Authenticator and enter in the number shown below (31 is shown below, your number will be different on your screen), if you have a new phone or want to use SMS, please click "I can't use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now"

8. Click "Text +XX XXXXXXXXX‎"

9. Click the "Code" field.

10. Enter the code you have received via SMS, then click 'Verify'

11. Click the 'Yes' button.
